My brother and me bought 2 cars off ebay, one was this long wheel base one and a completely knackered 410.  The deal was buy one and you must take the other.

200 miles later I had the LWB in my garage and my brother had the 410 in his.  We sold the 410 for a good amount and it worked out that the LWB was about £20.

We know how rare these LWB modelas are so we were going to put it back on the road perfect making a nice profit.  After 6 months we never wanted to even touch it, we all want money but all our previous cars have been built out of passion not profit.

I ended up haggling my brother in to selling the car to me for the tidy some of £75 - I was ripped off!!!!

The body work was shot, the back bumper was held on with wood screws, and it had never been serviced since 1997.

I started poking holes in the body and it did not get to solid metal for a few weeks.  I replaced one sill with 80x80 box section.
